This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with TY Creations LLC dba Warfighter Markers.
1. Order Processing
All Warfighter Markers products are custom-crafted or made to order unless otherwise stated.
Custom Orders Requiring Proof Approval
- Proofs are typically sent within 48 hours of order submission.
- Production does not begin until proof approval is received.
- Once approved, most custom orders ship within 3 to 5 business days after proof approval.
- Larger or more detailed orders may require additional time.
Premade / Non-Customized Orders
- Premade design orders typically ship within 2 to 4 business days after purchase.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
If proof approval is delayed, production and shipping timelines will also be delayed.
2. Shipping Origin
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Norfolk, Virginia, USA.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer free standard shipping on all products unless otherwise stated.
Orders may ship using trusted carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Shipping carrier selection may vary based on order size, destination, and fulfillment needs.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines shown at checkout or communicated after shipment are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Warfighter Markers is not responsible for delays caused by:
- carrier delays
- weather
- holidays
- high shipping volume
- incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- events outside our reasonable control
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update within the carrier’s system.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Warfighter Markers is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Delivered but Missing Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- check around your delivery area
- check with household members, neighbors, or building management
- contact the shipping carrier directly
If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help, but Warfighter Markers is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@WarfighterMarkers.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist.

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only.
