Refund policy

At TY Creations LLC dba Warfighter Markers, many of our products are custom-crafted and made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are generally final except in limited circumstances outlined below.

1. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been submitted and/or approved, except in cases where there is:

  • a verified production error caused by Warfighter Markers
  • a verified defect in the wood or craftsmanship
  • a verified order fulfillment mistake on our end

2. Proof Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.

By approving a proof, you confirm that all submitted and displayed information is correct, including but not limited to:

  • spelling
  • capitalization / lowercase styling
  • layout and placement
  • engraving text
  • logos or uploaded artwork
  • QR code destinations
  • website URLs
  • Connect Profile or business/contact details

Once a proof is approved, Warfighter Markers is not responsible for customer-approved errors or customer preference changes.

3. Low-Quality or Customer-Provided Artwork

Customers are responsible for the quality of any logos, artwork, images, or design files they submit.

If low-resolution, blurry, poor-quality, or otherwise limited artwork is submitted and later approved in proof form, Warfighter Markers is not responsible for engraving outcomes that reflect those source limitations.

4. Natural Material Variation

Each marker is crafted from natural wood. Variations in grain, tone, engraving contrast, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.

5. Eligible Order Issues

If there is a verified issue caused by Warfighter Markers, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • replacement
  • store credit
  • refund

The remedy provided will be determined at our sole discretion based on the nature of the issue.

6. Damage, Defect, or Order Issue Claims

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an issue on our end, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request review, email Support@WarfighterMarkers.com and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

Claims submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.

7. Non-Eligible Reasons for Refund or Return

The following are generally not eligible for refund, return, or replacement:

  • customer-approved spelling or formatting errors
  • incorrect customer-submitted URLs, QR links, profile details, or contact information
  • customer preference changes after order placement or proof approval
  • poor-quality uploaded artwork that was approved in proof
  • normal wood grain or engraving variation
  • carrier shipping delays
  • incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
  • packages marked delivered by the carrier

8. Premade / Non-Customized Items

Premade or non-customized items may still be considered final sale unless otherwise stated. If there is an issue caused by Warfighter Markers or a verified product defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for review.
