Custom Order & Proof Approval Policy

This page explains how custom orders, artwork submissions, proofs, revisions, and final approvals are handled by TY Creations LLC dba Warfighter Markers.

By placing a custom order with Warfighter Markers, you acknowledge and agree to the process outlined below.

1. Custom Order Process

Many Warfighter Markers products are custom-crafted and made to order based on customer-submitted information, artwork, logos, text, QR destinations, or design requests.

Depending on the product ordered, customers may submit:

  • custom engraving text
  • names, titles, or business information
  • uploaded logos or artwork
  • website URLs or QR code destinations
  • Connect Profile or contact details
  • additional notes or design direction

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate and complete at the time of order.

2. Proofs and Approval Timeline

For eligible custom orders, a digital proof is typically sent within 48 hours of order submission, though timing may vary depending on order volume, weekends, holidays, design complexity, or incomplete customer information.

Production does not begin until proof approval is received.

Once a proof is approved, most custom orders are produced and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, unless otherwise stated.

If proof approval is delayed, production and shipping timelines will also be delayed.

3. Reasonable Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included prior to final proof approval.

Examples of reasonable revisions may include:

  • text corrections before approval
  • minor layout adjustments
  • small formatting or spacing refinements
  • placement refinements within the approved design structure

Extensive redesign requests, repeated major concept changes, or significant alterations after the original design direction has been established may require additional review, time, or may not be accommodated.

4. Customer Responsibility Before Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.

Please verify all details, including but not limited to:

  • spelling
  • capitalization / lowercase styling
  • engraving text
  • logo or artwork placement
  • general layout and alignment
  • QR code destination or URL
  • business or profile/contact information

If a QR code or website destination is part of your order, it may be included in your proof for verification prior to production. It is your responsibility to confirm the destination is correct before approving the proof.

5. Approval Is Final

Once a proof has been approved, it is considered final for production purposes.

After proof approval, Warfighter Markers is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including but not limited to:

  • spelling mistakes
  • capitalization or formatting preferences
  • incorrect website URLs or QR destinations
  • incorrect profile, title, or business information
  • layout or design elements previously approved by the customer

Please review your proof carefully before giving final approval.

6. Uploaded Artwork and Logo Quality

Customers are responsible for the quality and legality of any artwork, logos, images, or files submitted for use.

By submitting artwork or logos, you represent and warrant that you have the right, permission, or license to use that content.

Warfighter Markers is not responsible for engraving outcomes that reflect limitations in the customer-provided source material, including but not limited to:

  • low-resolution images
  • blurry or pixelated artwork
  • poor contrast or weak source files
  • compressed screenshots or low-quality logo files

If such limitations are visible in the proof and the proof is approved, the resulting engraving outcome is considered approved as submitted.

7. Natural Material Variation

Each marker is crafted from natural wood. Variations in wood grain, engraving contrast, tone, and finish are normal and part of the handcrafted nature of the product.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

8. Connect Series / QR / Profile Functionality

For products involving QR codes, website links, or Connect Profile-related functionality:

  • customers are responsible for ensuring submitted links and destination information are accurate
  • customers are responsible for future edits or changes to their linked content
  • Warfighter Markers is not responsible for issues caused by third-party website changes, hosting issues, browser/device compatibility, platform downtime, or external service interruptions

This includes but is not limited to issues related to Shopify, Wix, email links, phone links, social links, or customer-managed web content.

9. Questions Before Approval

If you are unsure about any part of your proof, please ask for clarification before approving it.

It is always better to pause and confirm details before production begins.
