Do I need to have everything figured out before placing an inquiry?

No. A rough idea is enough to start. If you already know your preferred series, quantity, or deadline, that helps, but you do not need a finished design or every detail finalized before reaching out.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

Yes. Minimums depend on the series. Connect Series starts at 10 markers, Forge Series starts at 10 markers, Signature Series starts at 5 markers, and Classic Series starts at 3 markers.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the series, quantity, customization level, and any add-ons such as acrylic capsules or keychain capsules. Larger runs and wholesale-friendly quantities may qualify for stronger pricing.

Can you help me choose the right series?

Yes. If you are not sure whether Forge, Connect, Signature, Classic, or a wholesale route is the best fit, guidance can be based on your goal, design needs, and quantity.

What is the best way to start a custom project?

Do I need finished artwork before ordering a custom marker?

No. Finished artwork is helpful, but not required to start. A logo, reference image, sketch, or even a clear written idea can be enough to begin the conversation.

Can you work from my logo or existing design?

Yes. If you already have a logo, artwork, or design concept, that can be used as the starting point. After the initial inquiry, artwork can be shared by replying directly with attachments.

What if I only have an idea and not a design file?

That is completely fine. Many projects begin with a concept rather than a completed file. Event themes, organization names, unit references, landmarks, or inspiration images can all help define the direction.

Can custom designs include names, ranks, or personalized text?

Yes. Depending on the series, markers can include names, ranks, short phrases, and other personalized details. The best option depends on whether the design is fully custom or built from an existing layout.

Will every design work the same when engraved into wood?

Not every design translates the same way, which is why engraving-friendly detail and contrast matter. Strong linework, clear shapes, and balanced composition usually perform best in maple.

What are Warfighter Markers made from?

Warfighter Markers are made from North American maple. The material was chosen for its strength, engraving quality, natural warmth, and the unique character of its grain.

Are all markers exactly the same?

Do the markers come with acrylic capsules?

Connect Series and Forge Series include acrylic capsules. Signature Series and Classic Series offer acrylic capsules and keychain capsules as add-on options.

Proofs for custom orders are typically sent within 48 hours. Custom orders normally ship within 3–5 business days after proof approval. Premade design orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after purchase.

Can you accommodate deadlines or event dates?

Yes. If you have a specific event, tournament, ceremony, or delivery deadline, include that when you reach out or place your order. The earlier that timeline is shared, the better the best path forward can be recommended.

How are orders packaged?

Packaging depends on the series and any add-ons selected. Some orders include acrylic capsules, while other series offer acrylic capsules or keychain capsules as optional upgrades depending on the product.
